- Payments Made Outside Finance Company: If you made any payments directly to our store and later decide to return your item, please note that those payments are non-refundable. Only payments made through our approved finance company will be considered for refunds according to their policies. These may include, but are not limited to, software, opened consumable items, personal care products, and earphones/headphones. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of these items for exchange on a case-by-case basis.
