PURCHASE AGREEMENT
I Customer the undersigned agree to all terms and conditions stated in this and contract and hold complete responsibility for reading the entire agreement and checking merchandise prior to leaving the store
Warranty:
Mac Star Computers offers 180 days warranty on all merchandise unless otherwise stated and noted on this contract by Mac Star Computers.
Pre-Owned
A warranty Seal is implemented on the inside of each pre-owned computer, for every warranty claim the warranty labels seal(s) must be intact for any warranty to be effective. You will have 180 days of limited warranty covering any manufacturing defects. Damages such as scratches, broken screens, dents, or any other external factors will not be covered under warranty from Mac Star Computers. You may purchase additional warranty from our partners at CPS warranty for accidental damage warranty on our pre owned and new products. A sales rep from Mac Star Computers will be able to process orders for accidental warranty from CPS warranty within 1 Day of your purchase date of your item. You will not be able to purchase any warranty after 1 calendar day from the date of purchase of your item.
New items
We mostly sale new items. Products that do not have a condition variation on the product page can be assumed the item is new. Pre-owned items will be stated on product page under “condition” variation label “pre-owned”. New items come with Manufacturing limited warranty. Mac star does not repair products at any of our locations. To exercise your warranty you must contact the manufacturer and follow their process to open a claim for your product.

One or more of the following conditions will completely void offered warranty on computers (purchased or repaired by Mac Star Computers)
- • Removing any warranty seal.
- • Work or modifications done to the computer by anyone other than Mac Star Computers staff.
- • If the computer has been opened for any reason.
- • Any physical of liquid damage.
- • You (purchaser) do not have you ORIGINAL signed receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

At Mac Star Computers all sales are final, no return or refund

FINANCE:
I acknowledge that Mac Star Computers uses third party finance companies to process loans, I have read and agree to all terms and conditions of loan and if I have any further questions or concerns about finance charges or payments after purchase, I will contact the finance company directly at the phone number provided. I do not hold Mac Star Computers liable for any additional fees added by the finance company.
I understand that my transaction may not be completed if I do not send a Copy of my ID, A picture of myself (Selfie) holding my id, and any necessary forms requested by Mac Star Computer Inc. USED PRODUCTS:
We sell mainly new products, on some occasions we do offer used products. If a used product is available there will be a selection titled “Condition” on the product page of the item. You may select pre-owned to purchased the used product. All used products come with 6 month warranty by Mac Star Computers. If an item does not have available the opportunity to select a condition option that item is only available in new.

We may text you with the phone number you provide in regards to your application with leasing companies and/or your order. By you attempting or applying for the payment plans or attempting to checkout from our website states you will allow us to text you regarding your checkout, attempted checkout, application status, or attempted application status finished or unfinished. We will not text you for marketing purposes only in regards to inquiries you may have or inquiries we may have regarding your application(s) and/or checkouts status.
Examples or reasons we may text you:
- Tracking number updates
- Incomplete orders status that need your attention
- Inquiries regarding any abandon carts
- Application status you have with our 3rd party leasing/financing companies
- Asking or Answering general questions
